Candidate Requirement

· Candidate will be responsible to Call up Potential Candidates and Screen them through Preliminary interviews, will also be responsible for sourcing / screening profiles according to the job specifications.

· Will be assisting in the work process of the entire HR department, coordinating with new joinees’ and completing induction along with carrying out the process of Documentation.

· Managing documentation & statutory compliance for employees as well as contract employees, Ensuring smooth administration of payroll inputs of on-roll employees and contractual employees.

· Reviewing recruitment policies to ensure effectiveness of selection techniques and recruitment programmes, briefing the candidate about the responsibilities, salary and benefits of the job in question.

· Candidate should posses good communication skills.

Education- BBA or MBA in Hr & Admin.

Experience- 1 – 10 years

Salary- 1,44,000/- to 3,60,000/-
