• Handling the team of Business Development.

• Acquiring new clients for Demat & Trading accounts through networking, data base and references

• Maintaining End to end customer relationship management and meet Non-Trading Customers and activate them.

• Monitoring day to day operational & dealings at branch.

• Profiling of clients and advising them based on research /Market information which should result in business growth in terms of turnover & revenue.

• Ensuring cross selling of all Financial products like PMS, Commodities, Insurance etc

• Team and Client grievance Handling.

• To build and lead a team to ensure smooth functioning of branch and achievement of assigned targets as per the framework of Sales & Marketing.
