We require a person with 4-5 years prior experience in Banking/Insurance/Stock Broking/Mutual Fund house/Non Bank Finance , companies. The person should have worked in functional areas like Sales, Customer Service, Back office or Operations.

The job entails screening & interviewing candidates at mid or senior level. Screening of candidates will happen either through a personal meeting, Skype or a telephone call. 

The person will lead a team of recruiters and be responsible for achieving monthly targets.

There will be a fixed salary and incentives will be paid on completion of the target.

The job location is in Thane and our office is around 10 minutes walk from the station.
