Source, engage and present top talent either on a role-specific basis or as part of a wider strategic project/ pipelining exercise

Identify potential candidates through the use of intricate Boolean searches, user groups, professional and social networking, candidate referrals, networking, web sourcing and the internal AT

Proactively research and generate new/creative sourcing ideas

Maintain and develop internal database: Track candidate history, tag candidates, build knowledge base of individuals, industries and markets

Keep abreast of trends, developments and industry activity; Know the competitive landscape and provide relevant information feeds to the business

Ensure an excellent candidate experience through prompt follow up and communication with candidates

Ideal Experience

Graduate with recruiting or sourcing experience for a search firm and/ or in-house Talent Acquisition team

Fluent in English (written and spoken) with other European languages an advantage

Strong business acumen to understand business needs and structure

Gravitas to interface with managers and candidates at all levels

Adept & disciplined in using an applicant tracking System or CRM tool

Current with social technologies, sourcing methodologies and tools

Creative thinking to continuously come up with innovative ways of identifying, connecting and engaging with candidates

Excellent written and verbal communication skills; ability to engage candidate by phone and email and entice them with the Amazon proposition

Ability to prioritize the workload and deliver under tight deadlines

Basic Qualifications

2+ years of corporate and or search firm progressive recruiting experience including sourcing and full life cycle recruiting.

Experience building and utilizing a variety of sourcing plans and tools, including proactive phone and internet research.

ATS experience with sourcing, tracking and managing candidates

MS Office – including Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook.

Experience managing and prioritizing multiple searches, projects and client relationships.

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent post-secondary degree.

Preferred Qualifications

Strong client focus and commitment to continuous improvement; ability to proactively network and establish effective working relationships, must pursue conscious cost-containment efforts in recruiting, continually seek new sourcing options, and develop creative approaches to delivering candidates to the customer.

Strong communication skills, organizational and negotiation skills.

Ability to execute recruiting strategy, including employer promotion in the marketplace, candidate management, diversity sourcing, and interview process management.

Self-sufficient.

Strong consulting skills and demonstrated ability to work in a team environment, as a team leader and member.

Possess strong analytic skills with ability to create, measure, and scale the right workflow between candidates, hiring managers, and the recruiting team.

Full lifecycle recruiting experience – from unique candidate sources to offer close.

Create and maintain strategic recruiting plans with clearly defined objectives, desired outcomes, and a calendar of events.

Project management experience, command of project scheduling, milestones and deliverable.
