•After receiving the new orders for production, check the raw material in stock.

•Sent the requirement to purchase department if required.

•Received inward raw material and verify the quantity after QC Approval.

•Maintain the ERP system with raw material entry.

•Issue raw material for production according to the formulation and finished product quantity.

•Instruct operator and labor for production.

•Maintain records related to production Lot No and R& D Lot No.

•Feed the formulation in ERP after confirmation from concern person.

•Received balance raw material after production and check the wastage.

•Received finished product.

•Feed finished product quantity in ERP

•Issue the raw material for R&D accordingly to R&D department.

•Dispatch finished product according to dispatch order.
