Responsibilities

* Collect, organize, and analyze detailed data using statistical and other tools and techniques

* Design appropriate research processes and measurement tools and prepare comprehensive reports and summaries

* Identify key industry trends and select appropriate topics for syndicated market research studies

* Carry out competition evaluation and design forward looking competitive strategy

* Perform highly technical research and analytical functions, this requires accuracy, attention to detail and organizational skills, as well as the ability to function independently

* Participate in reviewing and authorizing the release of research and evaluation reports to clients

* Responsible for supervising and directing a research team of 8-10 members

* Provide formal technical direction and training to the research staff and direct them in the design and preparation of reports on research and participate in performance evaluations

Required Skills:

* Strong quantitative, research, and data analytic skills

* Hands-on experience in Forecasting

* Ability to work independently and also as part of a team

* Ability to manage time and pay close attention to detail

* Proficient in Microsoft Office

* Knowledge of statistical software
