To assist operations department for conducting admission / recruitment test across the country

Willingness to travel extensively.

Requirements :

-To Manage the Delivery of Internet Based Tests, Computer Based Test and large-scale Paper based (OMR) tests for recruitment.

-Ensure high quality delivery through secure and efficient processes.

-To implement and monitor test delivery processes to support achievement of business targets and development plans.

-To manage resources: Manpower, timelines and budgets. To track direct expenses and administrative costs.

-To support business development activities

-To build capacity (Manpower, test centres, etc.) and scale up to meet increased volumes of tests across the country.

-To recruit, train and monitor internal staff and external freelancers.

-To supervise the end-to-end operational planning and project management of examination projects.

-Line management and team leadership: Manage and motivate an effective team.
-Management of client relationship: interface with the client organizations (Government, Corporate and Academic).

Desired Skills:

-Any Graduate / Preferably Masters.
-Readiness to work on Sundays and Public Holidays; Additional hours will be needed during days leading to a test, on the test day and a few days thereafter. Must be willing to work under pressure and if necessary during unsocial/evening hours.

-Manage interdependencies with other teams – especially the Tech / Software Development; Facilities; Accounts.

-Energetic and enthusiastic.

-Excellent Communication – Both oral and written.

-IT Skills: Good Proficiency in MS Office.

-Strong interpersonal skill.
