1. Contacts:
Adhere to the contact strategy norms for PDR’s and Dental Consultants
To ensure the minimum dentists and chemist contacts are done as per plan by the PDR’s
The minimum number of consumers are approached by the Dental Consultant in the MT Store
2. Visibility:
Effectively translates planogram objectives into store-level implementation
Asset Management of Hardware in the Dental Clinic and In store
Builds brand image in the Dental Clinic and MT store by adhering to POSM implementation.
3. Conversion:
Tracking of the % conversion against contacts as per guidelines.
Follows up with relevant stake holders to close gaps and ensure continuous improvement in for contacts vs. conversion.
4. Understands the product range and ensures the appropriate approach is followed according to brand guidelines
5. Adheres to timelines of key (starred) activities
6. Closes issues relating to product listing, permissions, damaged returns, short supply, supply chain, etc
7. Ensures team has right capabilities, skills, resources and information to deliver business objectives
8. Manages team performance and motivation
9. Ensures discipline in the workplace
10. Ensures HHT usage and accuracy of data captured
11. Analyses reports from Migrate to take corrective actions to close gaps
