Role : Dental Records Processing (8 positions)
ROLE
1. Review electronic case records
2. Apply set protocols to records and make decisions on next steps
3. Compile daily reports
4. Compile and review records periodically and contribute to group
discussions on making the process more robust, accurate and timely.
RESPONSIBILITY
1. During designated/ duty hours, be completely available to respond to
decisions immediately.
2. Response within the designated timeframe is mandatory.
3. Ensure decision made is based on evidence from records and application
of protocols
4. In case of ambiguity or cases which are beyond the purview of the
protocols, escalate the case to the manager
5. Ensure adherence to protocol
6. High level of peer review expected
7. Ensure safety and security of the records and user’s privacy information

KEY POINTS
Ideal candidate would be a young dental graduate with atleast 2 years of
clinical experience.
Would also welcome candidates who may have tried their luck in the past
starting up their venture but couldn’t somehow hit the bulls eye.
