Job Description:
Provide remote solutions to problems, problems and explain the solution in such a way that non-technical users understand.
Should have knowledge Troubleshooting Hardware/Networking/OS related queries of our global customers Over Phone.
Flexible to work in shifts.
Good Communication skills is mandatory.
*Must be working on Product/Application/Server support.
*Should have good knowledge on networking, trouble shooting.
*Should give voice and e-mail support to US & UK clients.
*Should be technically very good. Willing to work in US shift.

*Installing/Configuring computer hardware operating Systems/Applications
*Monitoring and maintaining computer systems and networks
*Troubleshooting System/Network problems and diagnosing/solving hardware or software faults
