What are we looking for?

The Manager – Products would be a part of Product Development & Management Team.

You will be expected to :

-Development of New Products

-Product Innovation.

-Analyze product and process innovation .

-Competition research on existing products & survey of their performance

-Benchmarking against best prax in the industry on processes and evaluating/implementing the same.

-Planning and Execution of product launches

-Execution of post launch activities viz. preparation of documents, filing the documents, designing collats, ensuring adequate due diligence etc.

-End to end ownership for product category and ensuring co-ordination across functions to drive .

-Product analysis for Management, Sales & other key stakeholders giving updates on all existing and new products (can be category specific as well) – performance based and improvement in product performance after enabling through various sales support initiatives.

-Product Benchmarking.

What qualifies you for the role?

3-4 Years experience in Banking / Insurance domain with experience in Products/Sales/Marketing functions.
