Experience working for Onsite Recruitment
Handling Lateral & leadership hiring.
Hiring for Delivery Manager , Sr Manager , Manager , Technical Architect , Solution Architect ,Team Lead
Handling end to end recruitment, which involves the entire process from sourcing the resume to getting the candidate onboard.
Interacting with clients in getting mandates.
Understanding the requirement, sourcing and screening of the resumes as per the requirements obtained.
Validating suitable profiles as per the client’s specification.
Interacting and motivating the potential candidates to apply.
Validating the candidate’s expectations on the salary range and match with the range recommended by the company.
Processing the validated resumes to the clients.
After short listing the resume, scheduling the interview as per client’s availability.
Schedule short listed candidates for Technical interviews and Client interviews.
Handling interviews process when conducted in our office premises on basis of request.
Follow up with client against the feedback.
Follow up with the candidate post selection and schedule for the HR round.
Releasing the Offer after clearance from the HR round.
Conducting reference checks (If required) and submitting the essential documents required for the process from the candidate.
Ensure the candidate is on-board on the committed date by frequent follow-up with the candidate.
