The responsibilities include, but are not limited to :
Experience in operational risk or Operational Risk management (ORM) or Operations and risk or or risk operations or risk control or RCSA or Risk Management or Operational Risk Control (ORC) or Risk and Control Assessments (RCA)
– A good understanding of investment banking products and services including Equity and FICC trading, Sales, Origination and Research.
– Work within a team of Supervision professionals onshore and coordinating with the Global Supervision team as well as Regional colleagues; the function’s responsibilities including the below items:
– Articulating the control framework into Written Supervisory Procedures suitable for supervisors
– Developing Level I control processes with the support of product business managers and infrastructure teams
