Working with product designers and developers at all stages to promote quality.
1. Producing test plans and ensuring they are followed.
2. Assigning work to QA analysts.
3. Automating tests where appropriate.
4. Producing and prioritizing bug reports.
5. Reproducing bug reports from the field and writing clear steps to reproduce.
6. Running cross-platform testing.
7. Verifying the load, scalability, and performance requirements have been met.
8. Co-coordinating with the IS department to ensure required test platforms are available.
9. Working with developers to perform root-cause analysis and preliminary problem diagnosis.
