2)Responsible for the EHS of area. Work with EHS team to improve EHS status continuously.
3)Supervise production staff to achieve good production performance. Manage, initiate and direct the training and development plans of all operator
4)Evaluate manpower needs and assigns available resources. Foresee the future resource requirement according the production volume and technology trend.
5)Follow and check the production schedule to ensure all materials are sufficient for production schedules and report to Manager for any abnormal issue.
6)Work closely maintenance to solve the machine trouble and improve the machine efficiency.
7)Reduce the customer complaint, reject and continuously improve the product quality. Take part in and conduct quality issue analysis and make corrective action to improve the product quality.
8)Analyse production process, solve the process issue with related department and continuously improve the process
9)Work with other related department closely to improve performance of production
10)Keep mass balance of area
11)Lead the continuous improvement in responsible of area
12)Collect production data and prepare production KPI monthly.
13)Conduct operator IAP, salary, bonus review.
