Product briefing to the field staff and resolving queries related to the products for field staff as well as customers. Design & implement marketing activities for customer meets/ conferences for enhancing brand awareness and visibility resulting in increased sales. Monitoring marketing activities, implementing effective strategies to maximize sales and accomplishment of revenue. Product launching, Brand Management etc. Market analysis, competition mapping & sales figures analysis to identify new opportunities. Field force training and development Develop creative campaigns for sales promotion. Coordinate with vendors, support marketing & sales team. Making of visual aids / print outputs, Brand Plan, Brand Analysis, Market Analysis and Marketing Strategies. Monitoring competitor activity and competitors’ products. Work closely with Production & Q.C Head and technical staff to shepherd the product enhancement/new product development process. Provide marketing deliverables to product development process. Manage global launch for new products, next generation products, and product enhancements. Work closely with Marketing Head to provide content for launch messaging, sales training materials, promotional campaign and point of sale collateral materials.
