Key Focus Areas:
Strategic Sourcing, End to End Recruitment Cycle and Serving Client Requirements
Job Responsibilities:
Understand the client requirements
Developing Sourcing Strategy/ Plan for various requirements
Source Right-Fit candidates from various sources such as Job Portals, Networking Sites, References, Applications on Company Website and others.
Evaluate the profiles, shortlist and submission of right fit profiles to clients.
Ensure that CV submission is completed within the Turn Around Times (TAT) requirements of clients.
Negotiate with candidates and follow through activities till on-boarding of the candidates as per the offer
conditions of the client.
Help the Team Manager in developing candidate database.
Involve in all initiatives of the organization towards process improvements and individual competency
building.

To brief you about our organization, we are a forty people company based out of Habsiguda, Hyderabad providing RPO (Recruitment Process Outsourcing), Staffing and Recruitment Services to our clients. We have our services being delivered to clients in Domestic, Singapore, Malaysia and US markets.
In domestic market, we work with top companies in India such as Honeywell, UST Global, Volktek, Hitachi, Symantec and several others.
Currently, we are providing RPO Services to AccionLabs Inc, a US based MNC, handling the end to end recruitment cycle for their Singapore, Malaysia and US Operations. In fact seeing the good results we have been delivering to them over the last three years for their Singapore operations, they have extended the scope to Malaysia around six months back and then to US operations since January 2014. As part of our scale/ramp up program, we are looking for professionals for all our teams viz., Singapore, US and Domestic Teams.
We are considering your profile for an Individual Contributor role in our US IT Recruitment Team. For your information, in case of US IT Recruitment Team, as part of our RPO service, associates would be part of Kaarya Consulting Services i.e., on our rolls and represent AccionLabs while communicating with candidates/ clients of AccionLabs.
