Job Description:
Ability to provide and implement solutions for a set of problems.
Respond to requirements by designing feasible technical solutions including mockups, conceptual drawings and architecture drawings
Contribute to core team knowledge and mentor younger recruits into a performance-based work culture
Mentor and coach the team on Technologies, Solutions and tools
Based on the requirements, provide initial project efforts from a technical perspective.
Communicate regularly with the Project Manager/Architect to share the status of the development effort and escalate issues, if any.
Provide inputs to the Project Quality Plan.
Identify and manage all technical risks for the project.
Participate in project review meetings.
Participate in key client meetings.
Builds strong working relationship with both internal and external teams including client technology teams
Total Work Experience 8-10 years
Strong capability in Microsoft Domain or with experience in Application modernization.
A good understanding of various architecture of windows operating systems.
Knowledge on Microsoft legacy application development platforms like VB, MS Access, SQL Server 6/7, 2000
Strong hands on experience of .Net applications not limited to C#, VB.Net, Frameworks (1.0 to 4.0).
Proven experience on data modeling using SQL server
Good at modeling, prototypes, experiments and simulation
Hands on experience in using configuration management using tools.
Preferable to have had experience in content management tools like file net or similar
Perform technical lead role the initial scoping, architecting and documenting high level and detailed technical solutions, reviewing all stages of testing and managing the deployment of the solution into production
Proven experience leading technical teams to deliver complex solutions – on schedule and meeting quality
Strong communication and inter personal skills
A sound sense of Business and Technical strategy is required to envision the right approach to the customer’s problem set
Product based/product development company experience
Retail/SCM/ERP experience
Should have a minimum of masters degree (MCA, MSc (IT))
