Job Description: Manage the creation of online product catalogs for industrial and manufacturing clients in the USA. In this role, you would be responsible for managing a team of 10-12 engineers towards overall production, reviewing the quality of the production work performed, and interacting with the customer to get feedback. The position requires frequent communication skills and a friendly customer service attitude are a must.
- Eligibility criteria:-
i. Team leading/mentoring experience of at least 2 years
ii. BE/Diploma (Mech/Electrical/Instrumentation)
iii. KPO experience in either engineering services, technical support, document management, data management
iv. Excellent written and verbal communication skills
v. Working knowledge of internet browsing, MS Office application.
vi. The ability to summarize, understand data and communicate the same with the customer
- Job Responsibilities:
i. Manage creation of online product catalogs (Conversion of paper catalogs to online)
ii. Perform preliminary investigation and query customer
iii. Monitor production and people management
iv. Review Quality and maintain highest quality standards
v. Maintain reports
vi. Customer communication. Since the customer is US based, may have to extend work time.
Exp required :- 2-3 yrs
CTC Offered:- between 3.5 L p.a – 4 L p.a
