India Postal Circle Delhi released notification for the recruitment of various vacancies of Postal Assistant, Sorting Assistant, Postman, MTS posts under Sports Quota. Candidates can apply on or before 24-08-2016.

Qualification Pass in 10+2 standard or 12th class pass from recognized University/ Board of School Education, Board of Secondary Education (excluding vocational/JOC streams).
Sports Qualification i) Sportsmen who have represented a State or the country in the National or International competition in the sports/games shown above ii) Sportsmen who have represented their university in the inter university tournaments conducted by the Inter-University Sports Board in the sports/games shown above. iii) Sportsmen who have represented the state schools team in the National Sports/Games for schools conducted by the All India School Games Federation in the sports/games shown above. iv) Sportsmen who have been awarded National Awards in Physical Efficiency under the National Physical Efficiency Drive.

Application Fee
Rs. 100/- should be paid in the form of Indian Postal Order (IPO) in the favour of “Chief Postmaster General, Delhi Circle” payable at the Post Office “New Delhi GPO, New Delhi-110001”.
How to Apply
- Interested or suitable candidates should apply through prescribed format of application.
- Candidates should enclose self attested copies of certificate/testimonials in support of qualification, experience, age proof, caste certificate, 2 passport size photographs along with application form.
- Superscribe the envelope with “APPLICATION FOR THE POST OF POSTAL/SORTING ASSISTANT/ POSTMAN / MTS IN DELHI POSTAL CIRCLE UNDER SPORTS QUOTA”
- Application should be sent to “The Assistant Director (R&E), O/o the Chief Postmaster General, Delhi Circle, Meghdoot Bhawan, New Delhi-110001”.
Selection Method Selection of candidates will be made on the educational and sports qualification subject.
