Indian Institute of Handlooms Technology (IIHT) under Ministry of Textiles releases notification for the recruitment of various vacancies of Lab Assistant & Lab Attendant posts. Candidates can apply within 45 days from the date of notification.

Age Limit Below 30 years
Pay Scale PB-1 Rs. 5200-20200 + GP(Rs. 1900/-)
Qualification & Experience i) 3 years diploma in Handloom Technology or 3 years diploma in Handloom & Textile Technology with PG diploma in Textile chemistry or Textile Processing or 3 years diploma in Textile Chemistry. ii) One year experience in dyeing laboratory or processing Unit.
Post Name Lab Attendant (Weaving)
Vacancies 02 (UR-01 & OBC-01)
Age Limit Below 30 years
Pay Scale PB-1 Rs. 5200-20200 + GP(Rs. 1800/-)
Qualification & Experience Matriculation or its equivalent with at least 2 years experience in winding, warping and other operations related to weaving.

Age Limit Below 30 years
Pay Scale PB-1 Rs. 5200-20200 + GP(Rs. 1800/-)
Qualification & Experience Matriculation or its equivalent with at least 2 years experience in a reputed process house involved in Bleaching, Dyeing, Printing and Finishing.
