Interested or suitable candidates should apply through prescribed format of application either neatly hand written or typed.
Affix self attested latest passport size photograph and enclose 2 additional passport size photographs for admit card self attested on the reverse side and full name written.
Candidates should also attach self attested copies of certificate in support of age proof, qualification, caste certificate etc. and self addressed envelope with postage stamp of Rs. 60/- affix on it along with application form.
Superscribe the envelope with “Application for the post of __________________ and category__________”.
