Education degree does not matter. However programming aptitude is all that counts.

Good object-oriented concepts.

Good communication skills

Willingness to learn

Preferred:

1. Developer who loves C

2. 2 Plus years of experience

3. . NET framework experience (Hopefully you have worked beyond desktop and ERPs as well)

If you have the following skills thatrsquos a big plus:

1. HTML5, Jquery, CSS, SCSS

2. Android mobile development experience

3. Past leadership experience (Not only work-related, but could be any type of leadership experience
