Job Description

This is a Senior HR Executive role in a HR Generalist profile which is responsible for Karnataka & Goa which comprises of around 400 employees across 28 stores (across Karnataka & Goa).

It is a predominantly HR Generalist role with end to end responsibility of Talent Acquisition, Employee Engagement, Employee Relations, Performance Appraisal, HR Policy and others as outlined below:

Complete Employee Life cycle Management

Recruitment, Selection, on-boarding and induction

Complete Employee Life cycle Management

Communication and grievance handling for the internal customers.

Optimum Manpower Utilization

Implementation of HR Policies and Processes: Handling of all the HR internal processes as per the company policy

Monthly MIS – Sending various reports to Head office

Role also entails travel across the store locations within Karnataka & Goa which would range from approximate 1 week to 10 days in a month as per requirement.
