Its a 5 days working company.
We are looking for recruitment professionals from Non – IT background especially from Pharma, Engineering Sector, Automotive Sector, Manufacturing, Telecom, Retail etc.
Experience : 3yrs to 8yrs
He / She should be responsible for end to end recruitment for senior and middle level search assignment
Candidate have strong background in Industry Mapping , Sourcing,Screening,Scheduling,
With that we are looking for someone who is skilled into systematic mapping, headhunting.
Candidate should have strong experience over client management.
Excellent Communication Skills is must.
Good Exposure in Non – IT.
We are not looking for Generalist Profiles.
