- The SAP (RE-FX) Flexible Real Estate consultant is responsible for analysis, design, and testing of SAP REFX. The consultant will participate in the delivery of SAP RE-FX management solutions and integration with other processes, including maintenance and enhancement of SAP REFX modules. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Analyze, design, and test enhancements to SAP RE-FX, FI, PM modules.
- A minimum of 6 years SAP Functional Real Estate (RE-FX) experience along with consulting experience.
- Ability to customize and follow-up on a defined scope of responsibility.
- Should have hands-on experience in deploying the base design to other countries. Should be able to contribute to country roll-out strategies.
- Solid understanding of Retail Business Processes and their integration with SAP Real Estate Management functionality.
- Hands-on experience with Commercial Real Estate objects typically used for Retail Clients like sales types, sales uploads and settlements using portal applications.
- Working knowledge of Service Charge Settlement. Common Area Maintenance a definite plus.
- Good design skills, with strong business process knowledge.
- Expertise in Data Conversions and Real Estate-FX and Plant Maintenance module.
- Work with clients and implementation team to gather and interpret user/functional requirements into functional design specifications.
- Coordinate and participate in structured peer reviews / walkthroughs.
- Plan and execute all required process steps as defined in our methodologies.
- Ability to support RICEFW development activities by helping developers to understand scenarios and by clarifying requirements.
- Create operational documentation for the SAP Application.
- Coordinate work with other SAP Functional Analysts across team.
- Meet service commitments for assigned deliverables and proactively provide work status to management.
