We are hiring for one of the Leading Banks for the position of Sales Manager [Personal Loans, and Credit Card] Location: Chennai
CTC: up to 7.5 LPA
Job Description:
Manage PL/ Credit card sales &through a 50 member team, and would responsible for driving business, achieving monthly sales targets and acquiring new customers through consultative selling of our cards products through a defined channel of acquisition -Retail, Corporate, Branch ,Venue, other channel sales.
Timely execution of all sales activities leads, campaigns, referrals & any self -generated leads
Hiring/ training/ managing a high performing team to achieve the target.
Tracking and reporting sales performance including pipeline, acquisition results and market conditions along with MIS & analysis of sourcing.
Cross selling of products like LAS/ PL/ Insurance/ SA/ other third party product.
Ensuring all performance standards are met viz. business targets, controls and compliance
Engaging with channel partners to build relationships, and delivering a positive customer experience while acquiring new customers
The position is also responsible for ensuring appropriate sales processes are followed, and the highest levels of controls and compliance are adhered
Job Requirement:
Post Graduate / Graduate.
Team handling & sales experience of Min 3 yrs.
Ability to manage channels & team to achieve desired results.
Should be a go getter.
