Must have prior expertise on 1099 & W-2 contracts and Permanent placements
Must have prior experience in hiring H1-B professionals, US Citizens & Permanent Residents nationwide,

Key Responsibilities
Understanding client hiring needs / requirements
Identify and recruit software professionals through various online resources, Portals, networking, references and head hunting
Sourcing high-quality candidates
Screen resumes thoroughly and short list the consultants through a series of technical Interview.
Coordinate with Sales and Internal teams to close the positions
Maintain quality database of active and passive job seekers
