Implementing the Integrated Management Systems (IMS) & Project Quality Plan (PQP) across
the project.
Review & Approve (Vendors & Sub Contractors) Quality Plans, Inspection and Test Plans (ITP),
procedures (Factory Acceptance Test (FAT), Site Acceptance Test (SAT)
Approving vendors Quality documents like, Inspection and Test Plan and different test
Coordinating Materials (FAT) with T.P.I Agencies & Site Inspections (Electrical) [Raising R.F.Is
& M.I.Rs (Materials inspection requests) to client and getting it cleared]Monthly Prepare/Evaluate PQI (Project Quality Index) for EPC Contractor
A close Interaction with Client on Quality issues and updating the Client about Inspection test
