Roles and responsibilities:

• Basic knowledge in IP

• Proficient in US, PCT,Indian patent filing and prosecution activities.

• Hands-on experience in one or more of docketing tools such as IP Manager, Foundation IP, Anaqua, Lecorpio, Memotech, Patricia, etc.

• Exposure/ Hands-on experience in patent annuities will be an added advantage.

• Ability to Manage assigned activities independently

• Ability to Independently handle various paralegal activities including patent filing , docketing, office action responses, form preparations, reporting out, sending reminder etc.
