The Business Advisory team provides marketing and campaign advisory services by leveraging
customer analytics from Manthan’s products to drive targeted and personalized communications.
The Advisory Team is goaled on providing measurable impact to our clients’ customer marketing
investments. The Advisory Team is seen as a trusted partner by our clients ‘marketing organization
for their customer marketing strategies.
BROAD RESPONSIBILITIES:
Strong application design and implementation skills, solid Spring/Hibernate Frameworks
based application architectures.
Experience developing high concurrency, high performance applications that are database-
intensive and have interactive, browser-based clients.
Understanding of entire development cycle.
Strong background in Java/J2EE/JSP and
Experience with relational databases (MySQL is a plus). Strong SQL is required.
Understanding of web-based SOA architecture implementation experience is useful. On-
demand or SaaS experience is a plus.
Experience with on-line advertising technologies or large-scale workflow systems is very
helpful but not required.

Certification:
Candidate with certification is preferred. Certifications can be in Java and/or in DB. Ex, Sun

Candidates should have strong skills / experience in the core areas highlighted in above table
