Job Description

You will be:

– Cold calling to residential customers to generate leads and appointments.

– following a defined script and process

– exceeding daily/weekly/monthly targets

– enjoying success with daily and weekly incentive plans

– forming a world class team of sharp go-getters

Experience and qualification:

The most ideal candidate will be one who loves targets and incentives, loves to take on challenges, is hungry for more! Should possess good communication skills.

Other qualifiers (not mandatory, if he/she is a super sales and telemarketing person)

– 12th pass +

– telecalling experience in international call centres

– experience in cold calling and sales (MANDATORY)

– experience in outbound calling will be preferred as well

– go getter and hungry to exceed targets

Salary: Upto 3 Lakhs PA + Incentives(no limit)

Shift timing: Morning Shift (6 days working,Saturday half day,Sunday Off)..
