| Job Responsibilities : Supervise on-farm participatory activities in districts and villages of Dosso and Zinder Regions of Niger and potentially other West African countries Provide technical support to all groups participating in ICRISAT action research and if required monitoring farmers and their community level discussions Supervise animators of lead villages, sites and production systems characterization, follow up of activities Undertake data entry and analysis and produce graphs and tables and collect any other key information from innovator farmers and lead villages Supervise collection and publication of meteorological data through rural radios in locale languages Provide technical support to partners and all groups involved in the project activities. Supervise field workers and other support staff Carry out any other task assigned by the supervisor |
