Job Description:
* Keeping the team motivated and engaged and ensuring the focus is towards the target.
* Fortnightly review of team members to understand the interview schedules& onboarding pipeline and give timely feedback on their performance
*Looking for someone who is hardworking, positive attitude,and focus on productivity.
* Allocating requirements to the team members.
* Ensuring to achieve Individual targets as well as team targets.
* Handling End to End recruitment till onboarding of resources, salary negotiation of candidates.
* Guiding & mentoring the team members on day to day basis.
