We are Hiring Recruiters / Team Leads / Assistant Manager
Job Description –
1.Client Handling.
2.Team Management.
3.Client acquisition.
4.Sourcing Candidates from Different Job Portals and Through References.
4.Gathering Requirement from the Client.
5.Good Analytical Skills and should be able to do counselling.
6.Attracts applicants by placing job advertisements.
7.Contacting Recruiters, Using News Group and Job Sites.
8.Conduct Regular Follow Up with applicants to determine the effectiveness of recruiting plans and implementation.
9.Develop a pool of qualified candidates in advance of need.
10.Research and Recommend new sources for active and passive candidate recruiting.
Desired Profile
1. Exceptional communication skills – firm command over written / spoken English is a must.
2. Should be able to communicate ideas effectively and clearly.
3. Ability to work in a team as well as an individual contributor.
