Position: System Center Support Engineer:

Qualifications and skills should include

• Experience in SMS (System Management Server), SCCM (System Center Configuration Manager).

• Strong experience in Windows 2000 server, Windows 2003 server and Active directory.

• MCSE – Windows 2003

• Exposure on SQL, IIS, MOM and SCOM will be good to have.

• 3+ years of experience in administering Microsoft® Windows 2000 Server and Windows 2003 Servers.

• Good English Communication Skills – Spoken and Written (including technical writing)

• Strong Trouble Shooting and problem solving skills

• Excellent customer Service skills and effective learning skills

Roles & Responsibilities

• Supporting escalated issues of all Enterprise customers on phone and remotely

• Scoping and documenting customer scenarios, potential causes and troubleshooting steps

• Effectively communicating with customers and stakeholders via, phone, email or any other available means

• Act as a technical focal point in cooperative relationships with other companies.

• Manage crisis situations that may involve technically challenging issues and diverse audiences.

• The engineer working would be working for US hours and will be responsible to deliver support to all Microsoft customers
