JOB DESCRIPTION:

Responsible for setting up improvised Transportation processes, devising strategies for optimizing process/operations, and implementing best practices with cost Optimization.

Leading & Supervising the Transport Team in supporting the client with Logistic and Transport operations (Routing, Roaster, Cab Tracking, etc.)

Handling Transport/ Logistic operations

Monitoring of Transport operations for on-time arrival and on-time log out and most importantly the safety of the employees.

Taking necessary measure to improve transport operations based on the feedback from the transport users.

To ensure Drivers/ staff discipline and attitude are always within the framework of the organization.

Overseeing the operations, receiving feedback on day-to-day operations on drivers, breakdown of vehicles, accidents and escalations.

Provide prompt response for escalations and Transport issues.

Periodical training/ briefing sessions to the drivers/ Site-supervisors on the Traffic rules.

Conducting open forums with drivers, vendors, and transport team which enables us to understand their concerns better.

Taking necessary measure to reduce transport cost, like kilometer fixing, penalizing the driver and vendor for any negligence, efficient routing.

To support the Compliance in charge on daily checklists, penalties, tab on vehicle vintage & cleanliness of vehicles.
