-Handles technical complaints, troubleshoots and co-ordinates resolution delivery
Networking: Transmission media, Networking devices, wireless networking, switch basics, router , hub, SDH and PDH, DWDM, etc
Tools: Tems or nemom, MapInfo, globelmaper, remedy.
Training: One Month to Three Months
