• List of publications in academic journals (newspaper publications not required) Original passport and proof of current designation.
If original passport is not available please bring any original photo identity. It is mandatory to have your recent passport photograph and original photo identity to attend the interview.
(B) You will have to get your Highest Qualification Certificates authenticated by concerned state government (Secretariat) or Ministry of HRD/External affairs, New Delhi preferably before you attend the interview. If you are unable to do so, then you have to get it done without fail before you travel to Ethiopia. This is mandatory and has to be done prior your travel to Ethiopia. If this is not done then the University has the right to terminate your contract and you will not be able to join/work in Ethiopian university.
If you are currently working in Ethiopia then please complete your present contract.
• If you have worked in Ethiopia and if you wish to reapply for other Universities in Ethiopia, then you MUST have a clearance letter / No Objection certificate from the University where you worked, without fail, which must be brought at the time of interview .There must also be an exit stamp in your passport.
• Please DO NOT resign from your current job until you receive an Appointment letter issued by the Ethiopian University,
