Unique Knowledge & Skill Requirement :
– Mandatory knowledge of SEZ Act, Income Tax Act, Companies Act and Labor Laws; exposure to US Banking Regulations is preferred.
– Prior experience leading a team of risk and compliance professionals, including excellent negotiation, communication, presentation and influence skills.
– Experience operating in a matrix-managed environment.
– Ability to manage team members remotely, around the globe.
