We are looking for highly motivated person with experience in campus hiring.Person will be responsible for mass hiring from campus across Rajasthan/India.Your key result areas as percentage of your overall work items will be: Campus Recruitment (70%)

Responsible for hiring 200+ engineering graduates every year from the top engineering colleges across India.


Help evolve, run and evaluate selection processes including interviews, technical tests, and group discussions


Build relations with Training and Placement Officers and secure interview slot for the company.


Coordinate post campus activities like follow up with students, distribution of offer letters, training material to students, on-boarding plan, logistics etc.


Responsible for students/TPO engagement initiatives


Point of contact for all students/TPO escalations


HR one-on-ones with students.


Prepare campus interview calendar.


Lateral Recruitment (20%)


Responsible for sourcing appropriate candidates through a variety of cost-effective sources, generate constant candidate flow independently, and source/track via automated electronic tools.Sources may include networking, cold calls, social media, job boards, referrals, and data mining.


Partner with Hiring Manager to arrange for interviews, document and track feedback through assessment forms, and administer assessment tools to applicants where appropriate Evolve, run and evaluate selection processes including interviews, technical tests, and group discussions


Data Analysis and Reporting (10%)


Maintain and update college, Students, TPO and Test related database.


Prepare and follow through monthly campus recruitment plan.

Must Have:


Hands-on Sourcing Skills


Good knowledge of Professional Sourcing products / tools with strong understanding of Boolean search methodologies


Research oriented Ability to build Market Intelligence systems


Result oriented Ability to achieve challenging targets


Self Starter and Highly Motivated individual


Excellent people Management skills


Effective communication skills (verbal & written)


Process Compliance – MIS, Application Tracking Systems


Good to Have:


Prior experience as training and placement officer, Counsellor or placement coordinator.


Ability to mixup with student groups.


Strong communication and inter-personal skills.


Strong interviewing and selection skills.


Strong convincing writing skills.


Strong negotiating skills.
