Job description of Insurance Business Analyst:

Must have experience in the Insurance industry – Life with fair knowledge on various line of products like Individual, Group, Health or Annuity.
Strong analytical interpretive and written / verbal communication skills. Knowledge of business & requirements and business modeling concepts.
Excellent presentation oral written and interpersonal communications skills to effectively interact and negotiate with internal / external customers and all levels of management.
Key skills:
• Should have fair knowledge and understanding of all business process viz. New Business Underwriting, Policy servicing, Claim, Agency Management, Finance and accounts.
• Should have experience using analysis techniques writing technical and / or online documentation for end-users or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Should have experience in implementing or testing a leading products like Life Asia, Group Asia, Policy Asia etc.
• Insurance Domain certifications like LOMA, FIII, ACII, CPCU etc is highly desirable.
• Excellent communication and inter personal skills.
