Compensation and Benefits Specialist Perform job evaluation which includes comparing Job Description with market standards and recommending internal Level and compensation for it and creation of new Job as per the business requirement.
Handle all promotions that happens with proper analysis Contributed to the development of enhanced salary survey analysis and validation of existing salary ranges by using established methodology and analysis.
Assisted in the identification and development of compensation and benefits policies and strategies that address the needs of the organization.
Assisted in preparation and distribution of written and verbal communication to inform employees of benefits, compensation, and personnel policies. Worked on the Annual Appraisal Cycle with the help of Workscape application which included working on various simulations and interacting with respective business heads for both merit and incentive requirements.
Research on compensation and benefit strategies and preparation of reports and proposals and recommendations for management consideration.
Interface with payroll provider and sub-contractor on key items. Cooperate and actively communicate with the World-Wide Compensation & Benefits team.
Segregation of employees as per complexity of the job performed into three major categories based on various parameters for bench marking Comp correction based upon category of complexity and annual ratings.
