The Incumbents are responsible for managing the HR, IR & Administration processes at the Factory Locations of the Division. Ensure necessary Statutory & legal clearances are obtained & maintained. Manpower Planning, Budgeting & Sourcing. MBA / PGDBM -HR with8-15 Years of relevant Exp with exposure in handling plant operations.
