Handling Sales, Customer Service, Product other behavioural trainings.
Motivating the team and maintaining high moral to ensure consistent achievement by understanding customer requirement as early as possible.
Identifying training needs by regularly scanning various pre-determined sources
Refresher Session taken to improve the performance and to keep sale staff updated on any changes in the process
Regular monitoring of the calls and providing them necessary feedback on their weak points.
Handling a team of Field Trainers
Conducting Regular Engagement Activities at stores and backend.
Working on In-house Magazine
Compiling of reports for teams performance,
Conducting activities like Performance Improvement Plan.
