Job Description:-Technical management of Trans shippers/Vesselsas per ISM code. Operation cum maintenance of all machinery andequipments/LSA/FFA/ Navigational & Communication / Pollution management /Annual surveys / Renewal of Certificates and safety aspects of the vessels andwill keep the company fully abreast with the operation readiness of vessels. Visit the vessels regularly for upkeep ofvessels. Ensure Crew personnel carry out the relevantplanned maintenance schedule in accordance with the policy agreed with thetechnical manager. Technical guidance for defect rectification toship staff. To monitor vessels class and trading certificateto ensure timely renewal and / or Survey. Monitoring indents and follow up of purchaseorders and supplies. Plan maintenance cycle of safety items;machinery and drydocks. Follow up vessels reporting forms withappropriate feedback. Follow up vessels maintenance program to makesure it is fully updated on a daily basis by the technical manager and itshould reflect the true condition of the vessel. Management of fuel consumption and pollutioncontrol MIS & Stand by instructions in case ofemergency. Budget monitoring / control and forecast :
