Job Responsibilities:This position is responsible for design and architect web solutions for the technology team. He/she will validate the conceptual design and functional specification document and create & execute work packages.He/she will report to the Associate Manager Technology and will guide his/her team to achieve individual, team and customer objectives.Skills required:6-8 years experience in building web solutionsDemonstrated experience in system analysis, design, development and implementation of web based applicationsHands on experience in .Net web development technologies(C#/VB, ASP.NET, Web Services, WebForms, XML)Experience with RDBMS database (Oracle, SQL Server, MySQL, Sybase)Should have lead and managed a team of 5+ resourcesShould have interacted and managed US / UK customersShould be willing to on AMPScriptExpertise in coding, debugging and unit testing systems per requirements and technical designProficiency with front-end scripting: HTML, JavaScript, CSS, AJAX and jQueryExcellent Knowledge of OOP ConceptsStrong SQL development skills preferredKnowledge of HTML5 and responsive coding will be an added advantageExperience with developing for mobile platform and knowledge of SharePoint is a plusMentor and educate team members in design and coding best practices in individual and group settingsEvaluate and identify new technologies for implementationWrite high level and low level design documents and other documentation required for the projectDraft well-written technical and business communications.Provide input to development effort estimatesAbility to motivate and lead team members towards achieving team objectivesAbility to identify and solve problem issues on timeAbility to work in a dynamic, results-oriented environment, focused on delivering excellent levels of service to customers.Customer oriented: Willingness to stretch to exceed customer expectationsPersevering and a positive mental attitudeWillingness to work in Night shifts :
