Logic Planet, Inc. is hiring Business Development/Sales Account Manager for US Staffing Operations to work from our office in INDIA. We are based out of Andheri East and we would expect the candidates to work from our office in Andheri East. Work from home is not an option!

Business Development/Sales Account Manager.

We are currently looking for senior experienced Business Development/Sales Account Manager to work out of our India Office who have experience in Business Development and Account Management in US market. We are looking for process-oriented, detail-oriented, hands-on people that have a passion for excellence and quality. We are looking for people that have tremendous drive to grow in their careers and want to build a long-term relationship with our company.

Work Timings: 6.30 PM to 3.30 AM – Indian Standard Time (during US – Eastern Time Zone)

Qualified candidates will have the following experience:

3 + years of experience in the IT Industry preferably as a Business Development Executive and Account Management

2+ years of experience in IT Staffing and preferably strong recruiting experience for the US market

Recent experience working with US based Clients and US based Candidates is a must

Local to Mumbai/Ready to relocate.

Head down recruiting experience with hardcore experience in Account Management

Excellent Communication and Interpersonal Skills

Strong experience in recruiting A+ candidates that have depth, stability and positive, “can-do “attitude.

Strong experience in understanding the requirements thoroughly and recruiting candidates that match the requirements.

Experience of negotiating rates and contracts with US

Candidates. Specifically knowledge of how 1099, W2 and Corp-Corp works in the US

Strong process-oriented background, excellent organizational and communication skills.

Flexibility to travel to the US for training purposes.
