Implementing, deploying and maintaining standard marketing campaign best practices through the use of marketing automation tools, including Marketo. Facilitate workshops to elicit and gather business requirements and use cases for large, complex technology projects. Gain a thorough understanding what the business is trying to achieve, and use knowledge of the sales and marketing technology stack to simplify into define workable solutions. Strive toward solutions that are extensible across all of SunGard, and that are flexible and scalable to meet future business needs. Work with business teams to evaluate trade-offs among solution sets, as necessary. Meet with key business partners regularly to uncover business issues that need to be addressed in future releases of the marketing automation solutions, and work with them to define the appropriate business case Collect and manage the backlog of enhancement requests, ensure items are prioritized and scheduled. Fully Manages release cycles by analyzing requirements; obtaining prioritization from the business, constructing workflow charts and diagrams; studying system capabilities; writing specifications; and defining standard practices Specifying, organizing and modelling the requirements to ensure they are complete and unambiguous. Develop and apply a structured methodology to the specification of requirements, ensuring that all requirements are in a standardized layout and can be easily shared and understood by all stakeholders. Validating and verifying all requirements, making sure they map to the business need being addressed, are approved by the appropriate stakeholders (including the Technology Steering Committee) and meet relevant quality standards for completeness and relevance. Ensure new and existing end-users are trained on proper usage of the Salesforce.com, Marketo and Extract Target and other tools and solutions that aid marketing automation. Ownership for implementing programs to increase user adoption and effectiveness. Responsible for resolution of tier-2 support cases, coordinating with tier-1 support, end-users, and System Administrators as necessary Coordinate User Acceptance Testing (UAT), including identifying UAT participants, defining UAT schedule, and working with Quality Assurance Lead to define test cases appropriate for UAT. Ensure adoption of new features with ample communication to the user community before, during, and after its release, and working with training team to ensure proper training is provided when appropriate.
