Study Project drawing & its specifications.

Inspect the construction activities and that it is done in full accordance with the plans and specifications.

To maintain Quality of the project and to control the wastage of the material at the site.

Preparing estimates of all activities, floor wise/building wise/project wise.

Keeping records of material consumption and preparing monthly reconciliation statement of materials.

Maintaining Daily & Monthly progress report for all Interior activities.

Execution of construction activities like Gypsum Punning, false ceiling, marble flooring & tiling, painting, carpentry & other internal utilities & services.

Coordinate with subcontractors agencies at site.
